Match the strap type, length, end fitting, and rated capacity to the load and anchor points. If you are unsure, contact support before use.

How long does delivery take?

We normally process orders within 2–3 business days. After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Can I return an opened or used item?

Yes. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days, including for an opened or used item. There is no restocking fee.

How do I start a warranty claim?

When should a strap be removed from service?

Inspect equipment before every use. Do not use a strap with visible cuts, broken stitching, heat or chemical damage, deformed hardware, or a missing or unreadable identification label.
