Where we ship

Kodiak Straps currently ships within the 50 United States. We do not currently ship internationally, to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, or to APO/FPO addresses.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. During high-volume periods, severe weather, or other unusual conditions, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery

After an order ships, standard delivery normally takes 3–7 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather, destination, or other events outside our control.

Free standard shipping

Orders over $50 qualify for free standard ground shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from this free-shipping offer. Any available shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Expedited shipping

Expedited or priority shipping may be offered at checkout for an additional charge. Selecting an expedited service changes carrier transit time but does not remove the normal order-processing period unless the checkout states otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes and delivery questions

Review the delivery address before placing the order. If you notice an error, contact service@kodiakstraps.co as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing or shipment begins.
